Offline service information essential for seniors

A National Seniors report has revealed that the majority of older people make decisions about retirement and care services based on information from trusted advisers, rather than looking online. A Little Help from My Friends: Getting good advice in the Information Age report emphasised the need for government and service providers to deliver service information to older Australians offline.
