A National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) eMarketplace will launch next year to allow NDIS participants and their families to buy goods and services online. The eMarketplace will be supported by the NDIS virtual assistant, Nadia, which is currently used to assist with the 8000 calls the National Disability Insurance Agency receives each day.
