Culture more likely to impact staff retention than pay levels

Working conditions and job satisfaction were found to be the most important factors in retaining aged care staff. A recent study revealed that job security, a supportive working environment, and opportunities for career progression are more likely to influence whether workers stay in a role than their pay level.
