Callers contacting Telstra Health – Aged, Disability & Community Care’s (ADCC) 1800 870 177 phone number now have a new option available to contact the Community Connect Support team by selecting Option 3.

To speak to our Residential Aged Care Support team, press 1; to speak to our Home Care Manager Support team, press 2; or to speak to Community Connect Support, press 3.

For all other enquiries or to be transferred to an individual team member, please hold to speak to reception.
