Aged care receives $106 million funding boost

The Federal Government has announced a $106 million funding boost to the aged care sector, with a focus on supporting better facilities, care and standards.  The funding will be divided between supporting regional and remote aged care services, helping residential aged care providers transition to the new Aged Care Quality Standards, and to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
