Aged Care Complaints Scheme to be strengthened

The Aged Care Complaints Scheme is likely to be strengthened, after it was announced the Scheme will sit with the Aged Care Commissioner from 1 January 2016. The move was announced in the recent federal budget, and is predicted to increase the Scheme’s independence.
